Group Work with the Mozilla community

Group session on August, 1st – 14:30-16:00

This presentation will introduce how to develop extensions in Firefox and related technology, including file configuration,XUL, Javasript,RDF and so on.

Junjun Zhang, Master degree candidate in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, now in IBM intership, and has two years of development experience in J2EE. Used to work on telecommunication revenue assurance system, microwave monitor system and image management system. A paper 《Internet Knowledge-sharing System Based on Object-Oriented》was published on IITA international conference,and indexed by EI and ISTP. Key member of Firefox BUPT Edition development team.

张俊俊,北邮邮电大学研二学生,现实习于IBM,具有两年J2EE开发经验。曾参与过电信收入保障系统、微波监控系统、镜像管理系统等相关项目。一篇一作《基于面向对象的知识共享系统》发表在IITA上,EI和ISTP检索。Firefox北邮版开发主力成员。

This presentation will give an overview of the Firefox BUPT Edition including the forum, library, self-studyroom, ftp, local-search extentions and the Firefox theme.

Wenzhi Zhang, Master degree candidate in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Majored in Computer Science. He is the Firefox campus ambassador of BUPT, the co-founder of BUPT Open Source Society, and the winner of Firefox Campus Edition Contest in 2008, has internship experience in IBM and Sun Microsystems.

张文治,北京邮电大学计算机专业研二,谋智网络Firefox北邮校园大使,北邮开源软件协会创始人；带领北邮火狐团队开发出Firefox北邮版,获得谋智网络2008年Firefox全国校园版大赛综合一等奖和最佳创意奖；曾在IBM,Sun等公司有实习经历。

This presentation will give an overview of the Firefox NanKai University Edition.

Yongbin Tian, graduated in June 2008 in Automation Department, Nankai University. Worked with Nankai Firefox Team when at school, developed Nankai Firefox Toolbar, has experience with Firefox extension development. Working for Sina.com at present as a web application engineer.

田永斌,2008年6月毕业于南开大学自动化系。曾担任南开大学Firefox校园化主力队员,开发了南开火狐工具条,有较丰富的Firefox扩展开发经验。现在新浪网从事网络应用开发工作。

This presentation will introduce Firefox Campus Edition Contest in 2008 and give an overview of the Firefox develpment in China.

Bin Sun, Software Engineer in Mozilla Online, joined Mozilla since 2008, and has 3+ years of professional internet experiences. Used to work on web development and search technology, i18n/l10n of Mozilla Firefox, and focused on Mozilla related technologies recent years. Has experiences on C/C++, PHP, Perl and so on. Has been consultant of Firefox Campus Edition Contest in 2008.

孙斌,谋智网络工程师,自2008年加入Mozilla公司,有3年以上的互联网从业经验。从事过网站开发、搜索技术开发、 Mozilla Firefox 的国际化本地化等开发,近年来专注于Mozilla相关的技术。具有C/C++、PHP、Javascript、Perl等的编程经验。曾任2008年火狐校园版大赛评委。
