It obviously include developers who wish to contribute to build web tools for education and research. However we also wish to have "social developpers" attend the meeting. Social developpers are needed to make such innovation spread among scientific research institutes, universities, formal and informal learning communities. They can also contribute to get support from institutions (educational, political).
